Account Representative

Own a book of home-improvement contractors: sign them, onboard them, and keep them sending projects.

About the role.

Builder partners are how BeeMar meets a homeowner. A pool installer, roofer, or HVAC company brings the project; we guide the financing conversation from there. That makes the account representative the front door of the business.

This is a relationship role with a real operating cadence behind it. You are not closing a one-time sale — you are getting a contractor approved, training their crew on the handoff, and making sure the second project is easier than the first.

You will work directly with the people who run these companies: owners, sales managers, and the crews standing in a homeowner's driveway. Clear, unhurried explanation wins here. Pressure does not.

What you’ll do.

  • Source and sign home-improvement contractors — pool, roofing, HVAC, remodeling, and outdoor living companies — into the BeeMar builder partner program.
  • Walk owners through the partner application, licensing details, and program terms, and shepherd their file through BeeMar's approval review.
  • Train partner teams on the handoff: the onsite QR code, the secure invitation, and what their portal does and does not show them.
  • Run an activation cadence on new partners so the first client project happens in the first few weeks, not the first quarter.
  • Stay close to your accounts — check in on project volume, unblock stalled handoffs, and be the person they call when something looks wrong.
  • Keep account records, notes, and next steps current so anyone on the team can pick up a conversation cold.
  • Bring what you hear in the field back to the product and operations teams.

What you’ll bring.

  • Two or more years in B2B sales or account management, ideally with home-services, contractor, fintech, or lending customers.
  • A track record of owning a pipeline end to end, from first call through an activated, producing account.
  • The discipline to log your work — notes, next steps, and honest forecasts.
  • The judgment to explain a financing program accurately without promising an approval, a rate, or a term. BeeMar guides; financing partners decide.
  • Clear, direct writing. Much of this job happens over email and text with busy people.
  • Comfort working remotely with a distributed team, and willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and partner visits.

Nice to have.

  • An existing network of contractors or home-improvement dealers.
  • Experience with a point-of-sale or dealer financing program.
  • Spanish fluency.

What this role does not do.BeeMar Capital is a consultant, not the lender. No one here underwrites, approves, or prices financing — participating financing partners make those decisions.
